Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. The trial is free for 3 days with no card. Subscribe any time before it ends to keep going — you keep the rest of your trial.
How do I pay?
By card or Apple Pay on Airwallex’s secure payment page. Card details are processed and stored by Airwallex, never by AsteriQ.
Does it renew automatically?
Only if you choose to. We email you at least 3 days before each automatic charge, and you can switch it off any time.
What’s the difference between Lite and Pro?
Lite is attendance only and runs on the phone app. Pro adds full Malaysian payroll and the web admin. Talk to us to move to Pro.
Can I cancel?
Yes — simply don’t renew. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
