How to ask

1. Email hello@asteriqhq.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject Delete my account.
2. Tell us the app name and, if you use it for work, the company or centre name.
3. We may reply to confirm it is really you before we delete anything.

If your login was given to you by your employer or centre (for example AttendX or Giraffe Art Houz staff accounts), your administrator can also remove your login in the app. You can still email us directly.

Expense Bookkeeping keeps your receipts and records on your phone. Uninstalling the app removes them from the phone. Email us to delete your sign-in account and any subscription details we hold.

What we delete

Your login and the personal details in your profile, such as your name, email address, phone number and photos. We act on requests within 30 days.

What we may keep

Records that a business must keep by law, such as attendance, payroll, invoices and payment records, may be kept for the legally required period, without your personal details where possible. Copies in backups are removed as the backups are replaced. Details are in our Privacy policy.
